Balance in the Park
Balance is particularly important for individuals over the age of 60. As we age, our sense of balance diminishes and can lead to lost mobility, increased risk of falls, and lower quality of life. The GOOD news is we can build better balance with exercise! Join us and learn how to rebuild your balance. Regain your ability to travel, dine out, work in the yard, gather with friends and family, etc..
The great outdoors is a safe place to socially distance, wear masks, and enjoy exercising in the open air! This session is led by Shane Haas, a Physical Therapist with over 20 years of experience with BALANCE. Cost is $10 per individual, $15 for a couple, and $20 for a trio.
Bring a folding chair and a smile. If you need a family member or friend to spot you during exercises, they are always welcome at no charge. In event of poor weather, a full refund will be provided. For questions please email info@ADLbalance.com or call/txt 806-241-4264.
