We needed a way to strengthen ankles that didn't require us to sit on the floor and hold resistance bands. We couldn't find anything, so we designed and built the ADL Ankle Trainer. The notches are designed to securely hold the bands, so you don't have to. Keep your hands free to do other things - like set up another exercise or document treatment.
