We wanted an exercise program that helped build better balance at home. We needed it to flexible to accommodate a wide range of individuals - everybody's balance is different. It also needed to progressive expand as balance improved. After much searching, we couldn't find a program to fit this need, so we created 10-Minute Balance, and now we want to share it with YOU!!
10-Minute Balance (10MB) is an exercise program for building better balance at home. The loss of balance is a key factor for reduced activity and falls. Adding balance exercises to your daily routine helps improve steadiness and confidence on your feet. Better balance leads to increased mobility, travel, and overall enjoyment of life!
Developed by a Physical Therapist with over 20-years of experience, 10MBis easy to perform at home and relies on minimal equipment. It is designed around functional stances and movements, which helps directly improve steadiness in daily life. This is not a one-size-fits-all approach either. With a range of exercises, 10MB is easily adapted to meet individual balance needs and abilities.
